Well, it's not really Yoruichi - it's a thing from the omake about "soul pagers" desinged by female officers. Yachiru came up with a proposition of a pager made of chocolate (of course XD), Matsumoto wanted something nice and girly and Soi Fon - well, she designed this thing - a pager looking like a cat with bee wings XD
